Job Summary
Agent Deployment Architect is the technical lead for client engagements, guiding end-to-end deployment and customization of Hippocratic AI’s healthcare-focused LLM. The role acts as the bridge between engineering and client stakeholders, rapidly prototyping integrations, building internal tooling, and configuring systems to meet client needs. You will own the deployment lifecycle from onboarding through validation and troubleshooting, and partner cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the product roadmap. This onsite role is based in Cincinnati, OH, with five days per week at the client site and occasional travel to Hippocratic AI headquarters in Palo Alto for strategic planning and team sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering
- Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, or population health platforms
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7v2, etc.)
- Experience working in complex technical environments within health systems, payors, or digital health
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations
