Job Summary
Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up while maintaining and updating customer records to ensure accuracy. Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services and help them resolve product or service issues. Listen carefully to understand what clients truly need and explain solutions clearly. Stay calm under pressure and remain detail-oriented to keep information exact. Ensure your home workstation connects directly to high-speed broadband (DSL or cable) with minimum download speeds of 10 Mbps and upload speeds of 3 Mbps.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English required to communicate and collaborate with English-speaking colleagues outside of Quebec on a regular basis
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Customer-oriented
- Strong computer navigational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
- Professional and courteous
- Bilingual in French & English
- Work at home environment is in a private residence and matches the address listed on file
- An Internet/Broadband Internet Connection such as DSL or Cable only
- Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
- Must not be on any corrective action or performance plans
- Must have held your current position for 6+ months
- Must have relevant industry/program experience
