Manage individual and group reservations for Alp'Azur's summer and winter hotels by handling inquiries via phone, email, and central reservation systems. Develop sales arguments to secure bookings, optimize occupancy schedules, and provide support to hotel teams on file follow-ups. Process invoices and proformas, manage payment collections, monitor client files, and track daily cash flow. Deliver personalized phone reception and respond promptly to client requests to ensure satisfaction. Work a 39-hour weekly schedule from Tuesday to Saturday as a seasonal employee.
