Job Summary
In this alternance role in the hospitality sector, you will act as the brand ambassador for our partner, focusing on customer service excellence. Responsibilities include managing reservations through various distribution channels, understanding client needs, explaining reservation conditions, and optimizing room sales. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, fluent in French and English, and adept in digital tools, especially PMS OnQ. Required Qualifications
