Agent de réservation - CDD (F/H)

Handle all reservation requests reactively and proactively guide clients from initial contact through arrival to meet their expectations. Collaborate closely with departments to optimize occupancy rates and average daily rate in alignment with hotel commercial policy. Support the team under Nataliya, the Reservation Manager, while maintaining excellent communication and listening skills. This two-month contract (September–October) requires bilingual proficiency in English and French; prior booking experience and familiarity with Opéra Cloud or ResaWeb are advantageous.
