Conduct morning arrival routines and create a climate of trust with children and parents. Animate age-appropriate games, creative workshops, and discovery activities. Monitor well-being throughout the day by accompanying children during meals, rest periods, and diaper changes. Manage daily care, supervision, space decoration, and event organization while maintaining secure, stimulating environments. Work on a fixed schedule across 2 to 3 micro-crèches, replacing directors on-site. Join a well-organized, energetic team focused on original activities.
