Execute final interior and exterior finishes for hotel spaces, including rooms, corridors, lobbies, fitness areas, restaurants, and terraces. Install and complete flooring, paint, wall coverings, ceilings, and woodwork while ensuring aesthetic and functional quality meets industry standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve defects promptly, adhering to safety protocols and established procedures. Collaborate closely with technical teams and other departments to guarantee a smooth transition to operational phases. Maintain professionalism and care for all provided equipment. Requires significant experience in finishing and painting, with a focus on speed, precision, and teamwork.
