Job Summary
Monitor equipment status to prevent failures and conduct or organize maintenance and repair operations for all facilities. Directly assist reception services in receiving and verifying deliveries while ensuring the living environment remains comfortable, clean, and secure. Address resident needs across plumbing, electrical, painting, and DIY projects under the Maintenance Manager's supervision. This fixed schedule role supports 100 residents across 25 senior residences and EHPADs, contributing to a family-owned community where staff enjoy regular salary increases and free daily lunches.
Required Qualifications
