Job Summary
This role involves providing customer service for scheduled and charter services, including ground operations, aircraft cleaning, security, operations, and commissary duties. Responsibilities include processing tickets, checking baggage, monitoring baggage for size and quantity, marshalling planes, assisting customers with special needs, operating heavy machinery, and ensuring safety and security measures are followed. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Minimum one (1) year Customer Service experience
- Valid/Unexpired Driver's License
