Develop the portfolio of management and concierge mandates through field and digital prospecting, local recommendations, and partnership building. Identify, meet, and convince property owners to entrust their assets to Keytoko by conducting rent estimates, presenting services, and signing mandates. Collaborate with the management team to ensure fluid and qualitative follow-up on new properties while acting as an ambassador for the brand's values of quality, rigor, and trust. As an independent commercial agent, you earn attractive commission-based remuneration with performance bonuses.
