Job Summary
Conduct property sourcing and administrative documentation during off-seasons (September to March) in La Croix Valmer and Grimaud, including identifying assets, centralizing data, and commercializing listings across all channels. Manage client stays and property maintenance during high season (April to August), ensuring all needs are exceeded while maintaining quality standards, equipment functionality, and staff management. Handle client emergencies and issues for both owners and tenants. Requires a valid driver's license and vehicle, with a monthly base salary of 2,260 € plus sales-based commission. Based in Saint-Tropez within the Eterniti hospitality group.
Required Qualifications
- Experience on similar missions or an academic curriculum in real estate or a related sector
- Perfect mastery of French and English
- Organized, rigorous, and meticulous
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Driver's license and a vehicle
- Knowledge of Saint-Tropez or its region (at least a little)
