Job Summary
Gather truck booking information from Products and Services, then plan and arrange on-trucking schedules in daily and weekly cycles. Process cargo consolidation with Trucking Services Providers while serving as the primary communication channel for truck planning and monitoring. Coordinate with providers to confirm tentative plans and schedules, verify quotation deployments, and validate updated data for processing. Calculate cost allocations per product based on trucking utilization, collect invoices, and prepare summary reports for Accounting. This role supports Expeditors' global supply chain management and information business, utilizing unified systems across 250+ worldwide locations.
Required Qualifications
- University Graduate
- minimum 2 years experience in Transportation Management
- minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management
- minimum 2 years experience in Logistics Management
- experience in related field
