Job Summary
Design, build, and scale internal AI agents that integrate with company systems, automate workflows, and deliver measurable operational impact. Create workflow-driven agents (e.g., BDR, Contract, Accounting agents), architect multi-step agent systems including prompts, tools, memory, and guardrails; prototype rapidly and evolve to production-grade solutions. Integrate agents across stacks (CRM, data platforms, Drive, Jira), enable them to perform real actions, and ensure reliable orchestration between APIs, tools, and data sources. Iterate based on pilots and metrics, implement robust guardrails and governance, document agent scope and KPIs, and drive adoption and enablement across internal teams. Collaborate with Solutions Architect and Data team; work in Paris or Bordeaux with four days on-site per week. We value hands-on AI experience, production readiness, Python/data skills, API integration, and bilingual communication.
Required Qualifications
- Backend Engineer with AI exposure – solid on APIs, reliability, and scalable integrations, with growing experience in LLMs
- Data / Analytics Engineer – strong on data structuring and business use cases, relevant for analytics-driven agents
- ML / Applied AI Engineer – good understanding of LLMs, RAG, and evaluation, with potential to grow on productization
- Proficient in Python and data fundamentals (SQL, JSON, data modeling)
- Production deployment expertise, you've shipped AI solutions in production
- Experience with API integrations, MCP, webhooks, and connectors
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- Ability to design, build, and scale AI agents and orchestrate multi-step workflows
- Experience with integration to internal systems (CRM, data platforms, Jira, Drive)
- Security, governance, and documentation practices
- Experience turning ideas into production-grade agent ecosystems
- Willingness to collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams
