Job Summary
Agent Branch Support Subscription & Long-term role focused on renewals, payment issues, and customer/branch communications. Responsibilities include monitoring contract renewals for subscriptions and long-term rentals, proactively addressing overdue payments, onboarding premium customers to long-term products, and handling email communications with branches and customers. You’ll coordinate the internal ticket system, track and resolve service requests, and document workflows using tools like Jira and Confluence. Proficiency with basic Excel and comfort analyzing simple data sets are preferred, with multilingual capability (French, Spanish, or additional languages) considered a plus. The position is based in Lisbon with a hybrid work setup.
