Job Summary
Monitor freight to ensure timely arrival and accurate shipping document preparation for final delivery. Follow up on inbound shipments to make cargo available for customer receipt and trace flight delays with airlines to provide arrival feedback. Ensure all paperwork meets customer profiles and local regulations while entering data into systems accurately. Handle billing for freight and handling charges, close inter-company settlements, and submit required reports and PNC filings promptly. Maintain 100% compliance with Pharmaceutical & Healthcare GDP/GDPMDS directives and achieve customer satisfaction through understanding needs and handling requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge in computer software applications including E-Mail, Excel Word and powerpoint
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Must possess initiative and adopt a positive and pro-active demeanor
- Committed to the job and work assignments given
- Good understanding of Customer Service culture
- Team Player and able to work with a variety of personalities across all levels of the organization
- Tertiary educations
- 1 year working experience
- Good understanding of Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives
