Job Summary
Provide exceptional air export customer service and shipments coordination. Responsibilities include handling air export bookings via multiple channels, responding to inquiries, providing freight quotes, ensuring data entry into ETMS, adhering to GDP/GDPMDS requirements for Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare, obtaining rates approval (F2F/BCR), monitoring uplift and transit, updating customer SOPs, maintaining 100% customer satisfaction, addressing complaints with possible recovery actions, building rapport with internal/external customers, and producing timely reports. Requires ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, professional environment; minimum tertiary education with 3–5 years’ industry experience; strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum tertiary education
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant industry experience
- Computer literate and able to operate email
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good written and spoken English
