Job Summary
Proactively understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions while directing clients to suitable service channels, including eChannels and self-service. Build strong relationships by explaining processes simply, analyzing data to recommend integrated financial solutions, and achieving sales results. Ensure all interactions align with established policies, maintain ethical conduct, and maximize channel optimization opportunities. Fulfill transactions above benchmark targets while adhering to relevant business guidelines and risk procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- 1–3 years of experience in customer‐facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
- NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
