Job Summary
The Agency Transformation Delivery Manager is responsible for owning end-to-end execution of key agency transformation initiatives within Prudential. This role involves leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, translating strategic ambitions into effective operating models, and mobilizing leaders to drive sustained behaviour and capability shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen and operational discipline, with expertise in using data and performance signals to monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- 6 - 8 years’ experience leading large‐scale transformation initiatives
- Strong ability to translate strategy into execution
- Credible partner to senior leaders
- Hands‐on in driving behaviour and capability change
- Data‐driven and practical
