Job Summary
Agency Support Specialist responsible for providing prompt, easy-to-understand support to independent agents via inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email; resolving standard servicing, billing, and technical questions using established workflows; interpreting policy language and escalating risk or underwriting concerns; mastering support systems to efficiently fulfill agent requests; surfacing feedback to improve agent experience and workflows; and collaborating in a fast-paced, team-based environment while maintaining schedule/docs. Requires a current Property & Casualty license, a high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of customer service experience, remote-work capability, strong communication, problem-solving, and familiarity with Google products and collaboration tools (Zoom/Slack). Required Qualifications
- Current Property & Casualty license required
- A High School diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of previous Customer Service experience required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Self-driven and thrives in a remote environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tenacious problem solver
- Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills that reflect an ability to present and receive feedback in a positive way
- Working knowledge of Google products, remote collaboration tools (Zoom/Slack)
