Job Summary
Agency Success Partner at Obie supports the Agency Development team's revenue and growth goals by onboarding, training, and developing Obie’s agent force; provides administrative support, helps with onboarding processes, and services agent partners via chat and phone; builds relationships to drive collaboration, and creates training curricula for agents; collaborates cross-functionally and works independently to support the team. Chicago-based employees are hybrid and in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- Active P&C Insurance license required
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or service
- Basic understanding of Salesforce and G Suite
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop processes that drive partners' success
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Energy, empathy, and patience
