Job Summary
Agency Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for agencies seeking appointments with Cover Whale, guiding onboarding from appointment to active writing; train agencies on underwriting guidelines; ensure licensing and documentation are complete. Onboarding, training, and platform adoption support for new and existing agents; track agency activation metrics and surface process improvements. Cross-functional collaboration with sales, underwriting, product, and marketing; cross-train to develop understanding of agency success workflows and strategy; build relationships with external partners and provide timely responses to move prospects through the appointment pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, client services, sales support, or a related role.
