Job Summary
Lead execution and coordination of strategic initiatives with Agency Leaders to drive performance, enhance recruitment outcomes, and exceed regional targets. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, leverage technology platforms to track Life Planners' performance, and conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment quality metrics. Enhance productivity across the agency force by aligning initiatives with segmentation strategies and conducting regular field visits to gather insights and address branch-level challenges. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Actuarial teams to strengthen agency business operations and resolve conflicts professionally. Foster a high-performance culture and implement people systems supporting sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in general insurance or marketing
- experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Professional insurance qualifications such as AMII, ACII, or AAII
