Job Summary
Provide basic nursing care including checking blood pressure, inserting catheters, and comforting patients. Document ongoing assessments of patient status and care provided. Communicate effectively with RNs and physicians, and collaborate with health team members for patient wellbeing. Teach health information to patients and their significant others, prepare and administer medications, observe reactions, and ensure proper handling of emergencies. Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms and reports while following safety and infection control policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of nursing experience
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care procedures
