Job Summary
Agency RN will provide basic nursing care, including checking blood pressure, inserting catheters, and helping comfort patients. Responsibilities include thorough documentation of patient status, communication with RNs and physicians, collaboration with the healthcare team, teaching health information to patients, and performing direct patient care. The RN will prepare and administer medications, observe patient responses, admit and discharge residents, and manage administrative duties such as charting and completing medical forms. Adherence to safety and infection control policies is essential.
