Job Summary
Provide basic nursing care including checking blood pressure and inserting catheters. Document ongoing assessment of patient status and care, collaborating with RNs and physicians. Teach patients and significant others appropriate health information. Prepare and administer medications, observe patient responses, and handle emergency situations. Perform administrative duties such as charting and completing medical forms. Ensure proper medication management and equipment availability, and follow safety and infection control policies.
