Job Summary
Develop and retain a quality agent client base by administering marketing programs, compiling prospective customer lists, and executing call plans to secure new business. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while assessing individual needs to deliver tailored solutions. Interface with division management and legal counsel on agent management, proactively communicating with clients to fulfill service platform requirements. Create and deliver presentations to target groups, attend industry functions, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions. Demonstrate persistence in pursuing revenue opportunities and maintaining a professional public image.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 – 5 years of successful Title/Real estate industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions
- Applies diplomacy and tact in all business interpersonal activities
- Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong negotiation skills
- Flexible with the ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions
- Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to travel to cover region assigned
