Agency Relations Manager (Remote)

Job Summary
Agency Relations Manager responsible for identifying new agency opportunities, nurturing long-term partnerships, and overseeing multiple responsibilities including proactive communication, problem-solving, and business development. Role emphasizes collaboration with the EMEA sales team, RFIs/brief responses, content creation for agencies, and event planning/support (in-person and virtual) for agency clients. Significant travel to London for events and face-to-face meetings, with potential travel to other parts of the UK and Europe. Strong focus on relationship-building, client success, and leveraging AI tools to drive demand generation and growth in B2B services. Must be comfortable engaging with agencies, planning and executing events, and working across cross-functional teams to deliver campaign insights and enablement throughout the client lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple agency accounts and projects simultaneously
- Experience in client success
- Experience in demand generation in a B2B context
- Experience leveraging AI in current role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the UK and Europe to support local agency partnerships, events, and business development initiatives as needed
