Job Summary
The Agency Relations Manager is responsible for prospecting, building, and maintaining relationships with independent agencies, ensuring full support throughout the business cycle from onboarding to retention. This role involves collaboration with Underwriting, Client Services, and Agency Support teams, requiring strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-6 years of sales experience in property & casualty insurance, possess strong selling and communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent designations and the ability to travel extensively within and outside the territory.

- Extensive experience in Independent Agency Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Technical selling skills and product knowledge in personal lines
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional business conversation skills
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Office and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within territory 80%-100% of the work week
- Ability to travel outside of the territory quarterly

- Industry experience
