Agency Relations Coordinator

Job Summary
Agency Relations Coordinator responsible for overseeing partner organizations within a community partnership network to expand food distribution. Tasks include assessing partners, conducting site visits, ensuring program quality, developing and implementing strategies to grow the partnership network, evaluating compliance with Feeding America, state, and grant guidelines, identifying opportunities for new partners, organizing events for partners, providing technical assistance to agency and internal partners related to ordering processes, and resolving partner complaints in collaboration with other teams. Strong communication, planning, and data-management skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, equivalent or related experience in food banking
- Extensive experience in customer service
- Experience with diverse populations and varied community individuals and sectors
- Experience with project and program management preferred
- Driver’s License required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Type at least 55 wpm
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
