Agency Program Support

Manage agency programs by coordinating schedules, tracking patient assignments, and ensuring compliance with home health and infusion service protocols. Monitor service delivery across access points nationwide while partnering with health systems and long-term care partners to support patients with advanced illnesses. Maintain accurate records of care moments and facilitate communication between teammates and clinical teams to uphold the Care for Who I Am culture. This role supports Compassus's continuum of integrated home-based services, including palliative and hospice care, within a culture dedicated to compassion and patient quality of life.
