Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients while educating them on insurance options to select appropriate coverage. Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately, then cross sell and upsell products to maximize client value. Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals within a relationship-driven environment. This full-time in-person role offers a base salary plus commission, with opportunities for advancement and access to industry-leading training.
Required Qualifications
- an active California Insurance License in Personal lines, Commercial or Life, Health insurance
- bilingual (English and Spanish)
