Job Summary

Agency Partner Manager to shape growth within the TikTok Shop ecosystem by recruiting, enabling, and scaling strategic agency partners; lead end-to-end partner lifecycle, develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue through co-selling and partner-driven initiatives. Remote-first with preference for candidates in Toronto, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle; occasional travel up to 15% for partner meetings and events; hub locations include Toronto, Austin, and Barcelona. Requires 5-7 years in partnerships/business development, strong agency-network knowledge, and ability to collaborate across sales/marketing; fluency in Mandarin preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or agency management
  • strong understanding of the agency ecosystem (digital marketing, Shopify/TikTok Shop/Amazon/Wal-Mart service partners)
  • proven track record of building and scaling partner relationships that drive measurable business impact
  • excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive GTM alignment
  • familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g.,HubSpot, Euler, Crossbeam)
  • bilingual Mandarin speaking preferred but not required
