Job Summary
Agency Partner Manager to recruit, onboard, and grow strategic agency partners within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. Own the full partner lifecycle from recruitment to enablement and co-selling, developing joint business plans, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that align partner capabilities with merchant needs. Build scalable partner programs with tiering, certifications, incentives, deal registration, and MDF, plus enablement resources and co-marketing initiatives to drive revenue. Analyze partner performance and program ROI to optimize investments and inform growth strategy. Role is remote with a preference for candidates based in Toronto, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle, with occasional travel up to 15% to support partner meetings, conferences, and events. Strong collaboration with Sales and Marketing to drive GTM alignment and ensure AfterShip’s Partnership program delivers measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or agency management
- strong understanding of the agency ecosystem
- proven track record of building and scaling partner relationships
- excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive GTM alignment
- familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (HubSpot, Euler, Crossbeam)
- bilingual (Mandarin Speaking preferred but not required)
