Job Summary
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies, subassemblies, and equipment to verify product performance, quality, and functionality. Execute established test procedures using drawings, schematics, and instructions while documenting results accurately. Perform setup, calibration, and maintenance of circuits, components, and instruments, recognizing nonconformities in semi-routine assignments. Maintain fixturing and assist with training other employees in established processes. Act as the technical interface with other departments. Work in a manufacturing environment in Vancouver, WA, requiring basic electro/mechanical assembly skills, soldering ability, and an AAS degree in electronics.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic electro/mechanical assembly skills
- Component Identification and the ability to read technical assembly documentation and schematics
- Soldering skills
- Communicates openly and effectively in a professional manner
- Understands and follows all safety requirements
- Understands and follows all ISO practices and procedures
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Models professional and positive work ethics
- Considers the impact of quality on the customers when making decisions
- Proven ability and experience maintaining flexibility and being able to adapt in a team environment
- Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices
- Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365)
- 3+ years of experience in electrical circuits and assemblies testing
- AAS degree in electronics or equivalent
