Agency Manager

Manage company bread routes including distribution, sales, returns, account service, and new accounts. Direct the work of employees in the production and wrap department, coaching, counseling, and training staff to maximize productivity while minimizing operating costs. Establish and maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and FSSC 22000 standards, conducting walk-throughs to verify product quality and prevent food safety or legality issues. Acquire knowledge of all company products to assist route salesmen and establish route sales goals and standards. Report and take necessary action to prevent food quality problems, ensuring products meet Schwebel Baking Company specifications. Fill out required forms and paperwork completely and legibly. Reports to the District Sales Manager.
