Job Summary
Lead agency operations and oversee the personal care agency's daily functions in Gloucester, including recruiting, training, and supporting caregivers and office staff; collaborate with clients, families, and RN to ensure quality care plans; drive community outreach and growth through relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and referral partners; ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards; support scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting functions; participate in networking events to increase community awareness and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or home care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of local healthcare networks (preferred)
