Job Summary
The Designated Agency Principal / Agency Manager will prospect and sell property/casualty insurance, in partnership with the Agency Owner, to represent the agency to carriers, build referral sources, assess client needs via fact-finding and active listening, provide quotes and bind coverage, coordinate with Brightway Service Center to meet ongoing client needs, stay current on industry knowledge and licensing, and meet sales goals. The role emphasizes new business production, carrier relations, and customer service, requiring strong communication, problem solving, prospecting, relationship-building, math, and organizational skills, along with ongoing licensing support and professional development.
