Job Summary
PRN LPN/RN positions with Day, Evening, and Night shifts available. Responsibilities include providing daily care, health needs, safety and comfort of residents; performing restorative nursing measures as indicated and ordered; maintaining open communication with nursing management regarding conditions on the unit and concerns related to staff, residents and visitors; explaining treatment goals and expectations to residents and families to obtain feedback and cooperation; supervising and managing personnel on the unit; reviewing medication systems and clinical records to ensure proper maintenance; reviewing daily nursing staff assignments to ensure duties align with ability and training; instructing nursing staff on unit in special treatments and nursing care; competitive pay and career advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- valid RN or LPN license in good standing according to State and Federal requirements
