Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and record patient vital signs, and provide wound care while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants in delivering resident care. This per diem LPN role is available immediately across National Health Care Associates' network of 40 centers in the Northeast, offering weekly pay and shift differentials for compassionate care in a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license (LPN)
- Strong clinical skills including the administration of medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
