Job Summary
Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with inventory records and perform periodic cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and training team members on inventory management software usage. Maintain a clean, organized storage area with proper labeling and segregation of items while monitoring stock levels. Coordinate with various departments to support efficient supply chain operations. This role involves working independently with strong attention to detail, utilizing proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office. The shift runs from 10:30pm to 7:3am Monday through Friday at Wilson Sporting Goods Co. global headquarters in Chicago.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy items, if required.
- The shift is from 10:30pm to 7:30am - Monday through Friday
