Job Summary
VP role leading State Street’s Agency Lending program in Securities Finance. Lead and manage the agency lending program, including oversight of lending strategies, collateral management, and client servicing; meet revenue targets while managing risk; monitor market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform strategy; collaborate with trading, operations, legal, compliance, and risk teams; maintain and enhance client/counterparty relationships; evaluate collateral options for value and risk and provide cash liquidity where applicable; represent the firm at industry events and client meetings; requires 5+ years in Securities Finance or related trading, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, STEM, or related discipline; proficiency in QlikView, VBA, Python (Pandas/Numpy).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Securities Finance or a related trading role
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, STEM, or related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and mentor in a team environment
- Proficiency in QlikView, VBA, Python (Pandas/Numpy), or similar tools
