Job Summary
Agency Lending Operations Vice President leads a global team overseeing Inventory Management, cash management and earnings/billing processes, and client reporting for Agency lending. Responsible for ensuring timely recall coverage, accurate cash management, and scalable client reporting, while partnering with Front Office, Risk, and Technology to drive process improvements, regulatory compliance, and risk controls. Requires strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, with a focus on operating efficiency, risk mitigation, and alignment with market practices in a financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in financial services operations, with focus on Agency lending
- Strong understanding of Agency Lending products and processes (e.g., trade lifecycle management/collateral, Earnings/Billing, vendors)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field is preferred
