Act as a liaison between the company and agencies, fostering trust, collaboration, and effective communication while managing relationships to ensure alignment and clarity. Create and implement engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and team-building activities, to boost agent morale and drive productivity. Provide guidance and resources to help agencies achieve their goals, track performance metrics to identify improvement areas, and develop incentive programs to maintain motivation. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by agents promptly. This role is vital in shaping and optimizing internal and external communication strategies to elevate the overall experience and performance of MediCard agents within the organization.
