Job Summary
Monitor and analyze real-time information from various sources to assess and communicate the impact of incidents at local, regional, and national levels. Develop and disseminate reports, alerts, and briefings to client leadership and external stakeholders to maintain continuous situational awareness. Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure seamless information flow and operational response while maintaining a common operating picture of all client facilities. Provide clear, concise briefings in both verbal and written formats and assist leadership in analyzing data to support informed decision-making. Work r12-Hour Shifts: 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a 24/7/365 operations center with multi-agency coordination
- Two years of experience collecting information from diverse sources, performing analysis, disseminating actionable information and providing recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to quickly analyze and interpret data to assess risks and recommend actions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other operational platforms
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Ability to draft professional reports, requests for information, and operational briefings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to work r12-Hour Shifts: 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am
