Agency Director (Home Care)

Lead and manage overall agency operations, guiding staff in scheduling and delivering client services while overseeing care plan development and execution. Manage daily administrative functions including scheduling, payroll, billing, and recordkeeping, and ensure compliance with HR policies, HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations. Recruit, train, and retain agency staff; coordinate education programs with the support center. Support business development through sales and marketing initiatives, build relationships with referral agencies, and assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance.
