Job Summary
Agency Development Manager responsible for executing recruitment strategies to achieve AFYP targets and support sustainable business growth. Drive productivity and recruitment by enabling agency members to recruit and groom recruiters, monitor agencies’ performance, motivate the agency force, and organize activities that enhance recruitment and productivity. Utilize digital tools to track performance, support agents/recruiters in adopting these tools, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and promote recruitment culture and Allianz One initiatives within the region. Note: Allianz emphasizes diversity and inclusion and regular rotation of employees across functions and geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years working experience in Sales/ Agency Business Development/ Marketing in Insurance industry, preferably Life Insurance
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationship with agencies and management
- Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills – English in particular
- A good team player
