Job Summary
Strategic architect and senior driver of Prudential’s Agency Campaigns and Agent Value Proposition (AVP) to accelerate monthly sales momentum, expand agency force, design impactful campaign narratives, and strengthen agent engagement across regions. Lead end-to-end campaign execution, coordinate with Distribution, Product, Marketing, and Operations, and translate AVP into incentives and messaging to recruit high-quality agents. Drive performance analytics, optimize campaigns based on data, and ensure monthly revenue targets while prioritizing recruitment and engagement of agents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5–7+ years in campaign management, sales enablement, or marketing
- Proven track record in large-scale sales initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of agency channels and market dynamics
- Strategic thinking + strong execution capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
