Job Summary
The AGENCY C.N.A. is responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents, ensuring respect for their rights and dignity. Responsibilities include assisting in personal hygiene, mobility, and food intake, documenting activities of daily living (ADLs) in electronic health records, observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. The position requires effective communication with residents and their families, adhering to care plans, and promoting individual choices and needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in nursing care
- Knowledge of individualized care plans
- Ability to assist in daily care requirements
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
