Job Summary
In this role, you will lead Agency Business Quality (ABQ) efforts within the Agency Distribution channel, acting as the First Line of Defense to uphold business quality through monitoring, investigations, and governance. You will monitor escalation channels and complaints, identify root causes with HODs, implement remedial actions and quality initiatives, and collaborate on data analytics and management reporting to minimize risk of misconduct and financial crime. You will work with stakeholders to provide guidance, develop market intelligence, and contribute to continuous improvement of the Business Quality Framework, SOP adherence, and risk management across the agency sales ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- At least a tertiary qualification in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Accounting, or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the insurance industry with good understanding of Life Insurance product, operations, sales compliance, distribution channel, regulatory and internal requirement on ethical sales practices
- Proficient in English with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in PowerBI will be an added advantage
