Job Summary
Act as an influencer for the agency force by providing business advice and formulating solutions to enhance agency performance. Responsibilities include strategic planning, KPI competency tracking, and business performance analysis. Engage and develop agency leaders, coordinate recruiting efforts, and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess strong people management and analytical skills, hold a relevant degree, and have at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder, preferably major in Business Management / Marketing / Finance / Economics / related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in managing sales team is preferable
- People Management, effective time management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good analytical skills and attentive to details
- Good problem solving, organizing, time management as well as interpersonal and communication skills
- An enthusiastic and excellent team player who would pursue for excellence
